This morning, I woke up feeling surrounded by uncertainty.
I felt unsure about my career, confused about love, distant in my relationships and even big things like global issues and climate change started to worry me.
It made me realise something.When your nervous system has spent years being in “fight or flight” mode, it forgets how to feel safe.
You keep overthinking.
You overanalyse every little thing.
You try to control what’s not yours to control.
And somewhere along the way, you start chasing a perfect version of life that doesn’t exist.
But what if this isn’t the way we’re meant to live?
